    Your strategist is something else. Does he have some kind of magic hat that he pulls all his crazy ideas out of?

    Well, I do pay him plenty for them.

  3. Titania

    Soren said this mission would fail without help from the Phoenicis Army.

    We're asking you to take a very big risk, King Tibarn.

  4. Tibarn

    We can handle it.

    We can do anything if it involves teaching those vermin in Begnion a thing or two.

  5. Titania

    Are you certain you will join us, Ulki? I understand that this is your decision, King Tibarn. Yet... I'm sure you could

    use the additional assistance on the battlefield, no?

  6. Tibarn

    We'll be fine. So long as I'm still kicking, they'll be no match for us. Ulki's talents are best left to you.

  7. Ulki

    My ears may prove valuable in scouting ahead.

  8. Tibarn

    Precisely!

  9. Titania

    In that case, we'll be glad to have you with us.

  10. Tibarn

    Soren is actually the one who suggested the idea. And speaking of which, I hear Skrimir is looking

    forward to what the little strategist will say next. Looks to me like Soren's charmed his way into the most powerful

    position in this army!

  11. Titania

    I'm glad to hear it. He's changed, hasn't he?

  12. Ike

    Yeah, I think so. He still doesn't say much, but he's a lot more at ease these days.

    He used to be completely closed off, rejecting anyone who tried to get close.

    He would lock himself away, preferring to spend time alone.

  13. Titania

    We all lost and gained something during the Mad King's War.

    Maybe it wasn't a complete waste, after all.

    Do you think we'll feel the same way about this war when it's over?

  15. Ike

    Who knows? We'll have to survive it first.
